Who is this Justin guy? Check out my home page.

My personal BMW is a 1991 318is. I am very fond of 4 cyclinder BMWs, despite the poor reputation of some. My car features the best kept secret of the BMW world - the M42 engine. Despite lacking a little torque, the car is quite a performer and has other strengths that make up for it. Light and nimble, by keeping the revs above 3500, I can enjoy a very satisfactory ride. Having said that, the car has been modified:
  • Racing dynamics suspension components
  • Upgraded Bilstein Sport Shocks
  • Short shift kit
  • 205/60R14 tires
  • Remus exhaust...sort of
  • Autothority Performance chip

These projects are either planned, or in the works:

  • Brake upgrade: X-drilled or gas-slotted, I can't decide. what do you think?
  • 17" wheels. This will probably happen in the spring of '98. I can't decide on these either.
I didn't enjoy crashing my car

I have numerous pictures(outdated) available for your viewing enjoyment.

One day this car will see track time, thanks to the BMW Car Club of America, of which I am a proud member.

The picture at left was taken on a trip to BMW's manufacturing facility (factory) in South Carolina.
Dispell the myth!!! Not all BMW drivers are fastidious yuppies...afraid to do anything for fear of scratching the car.

Other cars I've owned.
