Protect my investment...are you kidding?
There is a myth that all BMW owners are fastidious yuppies, afraid of marring the finish of their precious shiny BMWs. Now I suppose there are quite a few BMW owners like this, but I'm doing my part to dispell the myth.
I regularly:- Drive very fast on muddy roads
- Drive very fast on gravel, undeveloped back roads, kicking up loads of gravel, dirt and grime in opposite lock slides. (see where this can get you)
- Go months without washing or cleaning the car. My car is caked with mud from top to bottom more than it is shiny clean
When it comes down to it, a BMW is transportation for people and goods, but I've also made it my mission to use the car for things that it just wasn't designed for. Its almost like I have a BMW pickup truck.
